What is SPC Made Easy?

A data conversion and analysis software package that allows Cirris Touch 1™, CR, and CH+ users to manage test data and graph the results.
Create charts and graphs of the accumulated SPC data that your Cirris testers have produced as a result of your testing and manufacturing efforts.
Using industry standard methods, charts, and statistics, you can look for defects and easily find those that are causing you the most problems.
View production rates and measure manufacturing efficency.
Your favorite graphs can be saved and easily retreived to speed your work.

SPC Made Easy operates by showing different views of your data with charts and graphs. Charts are used in Statistical Process Control to show how different types of items relate to each other. The most common chart is the Pareto. It uses vertical bars to represent the data with the bars sorted, biggest one first. Graphs are used to show data over time and batches of items. With graphs, you can spot trends or find problems that do not occur all the time, only once in a while.
