   Guided Assembly for Wire Selection and Wire Routing

Our new “Auxiliary LED” feature solves two assembly problems:

1. Bin Indicators:
While the guided assembly feature of our easy-wire software helps cut assembly time, some time can be wasted as the assembler searches for the next correct wire.   Auxiliary LED’s placed on wire/component bins help the assembler recognize and pick up the correct wire.   This works for mechanical components too.
2. Wire Routing:
For harnesses that can have more than one wire path between two points, auxiliary LED’s can be placed on the harness board to light the correct path, assuring the wire is included in the correct bundle.
